  1. fandom: Wow, root a is pretty bad so far
  2. me: Yeah, it really is! The character development is all over the place and the story is really rushed. We still don't know why Ken joined aogiri and don't get me started on how they are ruining Tsukiyama's character. We haven't seen Amon is forever, either -

  4. me: ...wait, what?
  5. fandom: they're pushing touken down our throats too much! They are making Touka into the waiting girlfriendTM! That is all there is to her character now!
  6. me: you know those same scenes are basically in the manga too right? the anime actually cut most of the scenes where touka and kaneki interacted in the first season. In the manga, touka was devastated when Ken left too. The manga actually pushed the importance of their relationship more, even if it's just seen in a platonic way. The situation was just different -
  7. fandom: TOUKEN IS THE ONLY PROBLEM. STOP PUSHING TOUKEN!
